Established in early 2017, Southern Grind Bistro is a Chef Owned, Southern American Inspired restaurant. They specialize in Classic Southern Hits like their famous signature, the 6-hour Hickory Smoked St. Louis Cut Premium Pork Ribs, which is a new player and an instant hit on the Filipino Taste buds. With a diverse menu, they stick to their slogan “more than just ribs” because they don’t only focus on the main game, but also on the supporting acts. Southern Grind bistro is also known for their Mouthwatering Jambalayas, their famous Country Fried Steaks, Po boy Sandwiches, class mac and cheese and more. In a span of one-year, southern grind gained respect and is now establishing 3 more branches opening soon.
